Author's Note: Gabriel Orgrease upon most any pretext of the greening would gather up this detritus of his collagist technique of composition, shred it further, and produce pellets for the cast-iron stove. Otherwise, that which has not been discarded has been pasted up with rubber cement into an ongoing serial novel in a format called a mono-book, only one copy of which will ever be published.
